FINANCE COMMITTEE
Mission
To assist the Executive Committee and Board in the creation of an organizational budget and its maintenance throughout the fiscal year and beyond, to ensure the fiscal integrity of CCRA.
Goals for 2010-2011
Develop the 2010/11 budget with input from all committees and event chairs, and then track and actively manage the budget. Also, develop a multi-year budget tied to a long-range plan to ensure that there’s continuity between administrations.
