NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN COMMITTEE
Mission
To develop and update a development plan for the area covered by CCRA to guide future development.
Plan needs to be reviewed for accuracy and updated for relevancy on a bi-annual basis.
Accomplishments in 2009-2010
Revision to the recommendations section (Chapter 5) was completed, and the Philadelphia City Planning Commission accepted the Neighborhood Plan. Acceptance means that the Planning Commission will consult the plan and take it into consideration when making planning decisions impacting the CCRA area.
Goals for 2010-2011
Review the current Neighborhood Plan, host a community-wide meeting to receive input for proposed changes, incorporate updates, and publish revised document.
