Penn's Village Presents

End of Life Decisions -

What Matters Most and What You Need to Know
Wednesday, June 5, 2019
2:00 PM

Death is a taboo topic - and doesn't have to be morbid. At some point we will all come to the end of our earthly life, so let's learn a little more about it. This program is designed to empower and support you, while dispelling some of the end of life myths. We'll learn about home health care, palliative and hospice care and how best to stay in your home and make your wishes known.

Laura L. Barry, Care Transition Liaison with VNA Hospice of Philadelphia, will lead the first of this crucial conversation series.

We will meet in the MacColl Room on the second floor First Presbyterian Church, 201 S. 21st Street, entrance on 21st Street. If you will be needing the handicapped entrance, kindly let us know in advance.

Please register by emailing info@pennsvillage.org or by calling 215-925-7333. There is no charge for Penn’s Village members and volunteers. We would appreciate a $5 donation from other guests. Other guests are welcome to attend three programs before joining and/or volunteering.
