As part of CCRA's Urban Garden and Photography Competition, we are holding a window box planting workshop on Saturday, May 9 at 10 am at the Schuylkill River Park Community Garden. This demonstration/outdoor workshop will start you on the path to creating your own beautiful window box. Get ideas, color schemes, ask questions, meet fellow gardeners. Grace Wicks, our host, is the owner of Graceful Gardens, a full service gardening company that provides design, installation, maintenance, coaching and consulting services for urban gardens in Philadelphia. THIS IS A FREE EVENT! FAMILIES WELCOME!
