Celebrating the Centennial of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway

Noctural dreamscape with bobbing clusters of 900 handcrafted Chinese lanterns and 27 customized peddle vehicles on one block of the Parkway.

Opens Thursday, September 14 at 6:00 p.m. with remarks. Performance art at 7:00 p.m.

Thursdays through Sundays, 4 hours each night, through October 8.
