Responsibilities of Members of the Zoning Committee:
Zoning Committee members are expected to familiarize themselves with the proposed projects prior to the ZC meeting by:
Members shall be composed of CCRA members in good standing. A variety of backgrounds and experiences is essential for good neighborhood representation.
Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Zoning Committee is encouraged to submit a brief resume and statement of interest to [email protected]
Responsibilities of Members of the Zoning Committee:
Zoning Committee members are expected to familiarize themselves with the proposed projects prior to the ZC meeting by:
- Reviewing the posted materials
- Reviewing the sites of the proposed projects
- Attending monthly meetings
- Permitting the applicant to present their case without interruption
- Only questioning the applicants in an organized manner as directed by the presiding Co-Chair
- Limiting discussion to topics that are zoning code and quality-of-life related
- Regularly attending Zoning Committee meeting and advising the presiding Co-chair when unable to do so
