- A partnership with the Center City District to perform sidewalk cleaning of after weekly trash collection.
- CCRA Community Commons educational events that inform residents on critical issues like demographics trends and redistricting, candidate night forums, briefings on educational alternatives for families with school-age children, and many other topics.
- The development and promotion of a Neighborhood Plan that provides a conceptual framework for new development that addresses traffic, parking, open space, recreational uses, commercial uses, and many other important issues. This plan is a part of CCRA's on-going endeavor to encourage development while preserving the unique character and architectural heritage of our community.
- Support and participation in the South Street Bridge Coalition which successfully lobbied to redesign the South Street Bridge to better accommodate pedestrian and bike traffic.
