Publish CCRA This Week, a bi-weekly newspaper focusing on local issues and events. Publish Events & Happenings, a bi-weekly listing of local goings-on around town. Publish the Center City Quarterly, a quarterly magazine focused on issues both historic and current of interest to Center City West and beyond. Create, post and maintain CCRA Social Media content. GOALS: Attract writers to both expand and continue the mission. Appeal to more diverse groups. Attract and retain advertisers. |

Leading the Board's fundraising efforts, the Development Committee organizes a variety of fundraising activities and events, including the bi-annual campaigns and sponsorship program. The committee's mission is to ensure the CCRA has adequate financial resources to remain fiscally sound, continue its many worthwhile activities, and grow its impact on the community, including members, other residents, and local businesses.

The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the Executive Vice President, the four Vice Presidents, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and one member of the Board who shall not be an officer and shall be selected annually by the President with the approval of the Board. The Executive Committee shall have full power to act on behalf of the corporation in all matters requiring attention between meetings of the Board. Whenever possible, such action of the Executive Committee should be made subject to ratification by the Board as soon as reasonably practicable. In such case, the Executive Committee shall as soon as reasonably possible notify the Board in writing of its proposed action. If, within two (2) business days of receipt of such notice, five (5) or more non-Executive Committee members of the Board who otherwise would be eligible to vote on the issue provide written notice of their disagreement with the proposed action, the proposed action shall be suspended until considered at the next meeting of the Board where such consideration is feasible. Motions made by the Executive Committee that are binding on the corporation require majority approval of the full Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall meet prior to each regular Board meeting. Additional meetings may be called, at any time, by the President. The minutes of each meeting of the Executive Committee shall be provided to the Board at or before the ensuing Board meeting.

The Finance Committee is led by the Treasurer. It’s primary purposes are to help ensure that CCRA is operated in a financially responsible and sustainable manner; that its financial records, reports, and required public filings are accurate, complete, and timely; and that adequate internal controls are in place.
The Committee: * Creates a budget based on the input of the Officers and Directors of CCRA * Keeps the books and records * Prepares internal and external financial reports * Manages the independent accounting firm that reviews CCRA's annual financial statements and prepares its tax and information returns |

MISSION:
Recognizing the diversity of residents of Center City West and their changing needs, the membership committee seeks to increase the number of members and better the retention rate across all groups by raising awareness of CCRA’s contributions to the community, promoting the value of our services, and by enhancing the benefits of CCRA membership. Goals: - Increase the number of CCRA members - Increase Visibility, Awareness & Engagement of CCRA - Build Community Membership & Partnership Programs - Enhance and further the development of the Stewardship Program |

LET’S TALK TRASH IS A GROUP OF CONCERNED LOCAL CITIZENS THAT LIVE IN CCRAville. OUR goal is to keep our neighborhood clean by promoting responsible waste habits and fostering community awareness. WE BELIEVE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SHOULD BE KEPT CLEAN BY MANAGING TRASH AND EDUCATINGTHOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING IT AND COLLECTING IT.
