SEPTA begins crackdown on quality of life crimes

In an effort to promote safety and cleanliness, SEPTA transit police will begin issuing tickets -- with fines up to $150 -- for violations of low-level crimes, like smoking, drinking alcohol and urinating on transit vehicles
