BOOK DONATION EVENT

Friends of the Philadelphia City Institute Library are collecting books Community Room of the PCI Library 1905 Locust Street on Rittenhouse Square Lower Level, Wheelchair Accessible Tuesday, October 10, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Friday, October 20, 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. Please bring your: Gently used or new books, Fiction and non-fiction, and Children’s books Guidelines for books that will NOT be accepted: No textbooks or medical books No topics that are outdated, such as computer, finance, travel guides, scientific and technical. No books with writing within pages, tattered, torn, discolored by age No language other than English No CDs, DVDs, audiocassettes or videotapes Donated books are placed on a sale table on the first floor. Proceeds benefit the library.
